RAL - Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the user can appeal to the ADR entity. These entities are authorized to carry out the measurement, conciliation, and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal, and must be registered on the list of ADR entities, provided by Law No. 144/2015.
